- Once the item is out of my hands and with USPS you will need to contact USPS regarding your order if an item is lost, you will need to contact USPS and file a claim with them. 

- There are certain times where certain items are Sold Out and I am unable to get it, if this happens, I will reach out to you directly. We can either choose a different color or wait until it gets back into stock, or I can refund out.
